Staff Administration Committee

The Staff Administration Committee is responsible for maintaining the activity and discipline in NCIS. The members of SAC also mentor the future leaders of NCIS, helping them to learn the ropes while building up their skills for future endeavours.

​WHAT IS THE STAFF ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE IN CHARGE OF?

  • Mentoring Trial iC members

  • Issuing disciplinary actions and reviewing evidence

  • Handling all appeal requests to disciplinary actions

  • TiCM Committee

    Trial iC mentor is a role given to any iC interested in guiding NCIS members to become knowledgeable, ambitious and effective iC workers in the agency. The TiCM members are responsible for shaping the future leaders of NCIS by giving them proper training and testing their knowledge and understanding of the material given.

  • Disciplinary Management

    The Disciplinary Management Team is in charge of making sure that every NCIS member is strictly following the Code of Conduct. The main purpose of the team is to maintain discipline in HQ at all times and to punish those who goes against the NCIS CoC.
